Inner World Seminars has been in existence for over 20 years, successfully. GOOD opp for future $$$ here! It's Founder has created a slate of seminars that he teaches throughout the US to help people connect with their missing parts of childhood in intensive one-on-one weekend workshops usually only 5 people. Located in Vancouver, WA, he is looking for two things: 1. Someone to help him keep his office organized and keep his internet flow going. 2. Someone to help him follow up with clients, make phone calls, keep him on track with his important tasks. This company is a small one but looking to expand the amount of workshops being done and the revenue from them. The main workshop is very popular and he has a huge list of followers. Main problem, he doesn't keep in touch with them enough. If you are organized, can keep track in multi-tasking, want to learn about leadership, seminars, psychology, self-help - this is a great position for you. Dennis is easy to get along with, you will be working out of his home office, it is close to 134th Exit off !-5 in Vancouver. The hours and position is flexible. IF you are a real go-getter, you may be elevated to Coordinator Position for him, and be paid a percentage of every workshop he leads! Responsibilities

Checking emails. Staying current on his website (IF YOU ARE hip in the web designer area - wowww, you would be a shoe in!) Staying current on FB, Twitter. Implementing marketing campaigns (which will be structured for you, you don't have to figure it out) Web reserach. Sometimes do personal errands, sometimes do things for him when he is out of town. (water plants, etc...) Make phone calls, set up client appointments or confirm them. Keep the office clean and neat. Keep him on target with his appointments/how he is spending his time, help him schedule things. Some work can be virtual! Have your own cell phone. BE RESPONSIBLE, be on time - and be good with how you spend your time when tasking.

Requirements

Must be able to type, know Macs, have Social Media savvy (he does not, he NEEDS that especially!) Must be great on the phone with people. MUST be ORGANIZED, be able to set up functional structure for his work life. MUST be good at utilizing time on your own but getting a lot done. Must be flexible. Must not have ADD/must be able to multi-task. IF you have the ability to be great on the phone with people, and some sales ability to enroll clients into more personal session work or workshops - very likely you will be compensated, per-centage wise $$$ for your good successes! Usually at least 10% of a session or for a workshop enrollment $50 per. IF you end up Coordinating in another city, bigger bonus structure.
