Description

This internship will teach the intern how to work with Executive Level staff and the public. Learning phases will include Personal Communications, Electronic Communications, Listening Skill building, assisting with the design and implementation of new projects and assisting with the tracking and reporting functions of ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

Will include assisting with correspondence, reports, emails, social media and as a liaison between the TV station staff, interns, volunteers and the TV Station.

Requirements

This intern will need to be very organized, schedule meetings, events and interviews with staff and vendors. Maintain the presidents calendar and alert the president for upcoming meetings, events an activities in a timely manner. Assist with filing reports for our PBS TV Station.
