Responsible for calculating monthly commission payments. Reviewing sales data from planning departments use for commission calculataions. Handle communications to sales force and management regarding compensation and support related issues. Prepare reports related to sales employee transactions. Perform various analysis and report for department management under direct supervision. Able to effectively resolve inquiries or escalate concerns in a timely fashion.Responsibilities:
Calculate monthly commissions. Prepare monthly commission statements. Prepare monthly supporting documents for analysis and reporting. Maintain and verify accuracy of information obtained from planning departments and financial systems. Develop basic to moderately complex Excel Spreadsheets and other office Technology Tools to increase productivity and efficiency when processing data and requests. Work on Ad-hoc Projects for management and divisions. Prepare Field Expense report and upload TE budgets. Assist in the preparation and communication of Compensation Plans, and Quota Sheets.Qualifications:
Position requires a Bachelors Degree or an Associate degree with 1-2 years of related professional work experience. Professional experience within sales or sales support environment with some understanding of compensation and/or payroll concepts.Company Overview:
