Description
Growing Recruiting agency seeks entry-level candidates with strong interest in sales and recruiting for late spring/early summer training program. This is a temporary position that will potentially turn into a full-desk recruiting positing after the training program has been completed. Candidates must be able to commute to local offices in downtown Denver. Responsibilities during initial training will be heavily based on our job boards and LinkedIn sourcing for resumes. After the first 1-2 weeks of training, Associate Recruiters will be trained on calling potential candidates and pitching our clients. The goal is to train our Associate Recruiters on the full recruiting process to become Recruiters for our company's Denver team.This position will pay a base salary of 24K + a tiered commission structure based on monthly revenue targets. Base salaries may also be increased by achieving YTD revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Participate in our comprehensive training program- Work directly with Senior Recruiters to learn our recruiting model and gauge your progress
- Source for potential candidates on job boards and social media platforms
- Call on potential candidates to assess their needs and use a consultative approach to recruiting them for our various clients
Requirements
- 0-3 years of sales experience, sales internships okay- Sales experience may be replaced with leadership experience (ie. college athletics, greek life, etc.)
- Possess strong communication skills and the ability to multitask
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated by a commission-driven structure and friendly competition
- Interest in pursuing career in sales or recruiting
