BPCM DIgital is seeking self-motivated and confident social media interns to start ASAP or for the Spring 2012 semester.
BPCM is a fashion PR firm with offices in New York, Los Angeles and London. This internship is for the New York office only. Since 1999, BPCM has proven its ability to grow brands from relative obscurity to become leaders in the fashion and luxury goods markets. BPCM Digital is a new department within BPCM that is taking an innovative approach to further our client's growth, and share their stories. Together, BPCM and BPCM Digital are creating a world of new opportunities, and we're looking for people who thrive in this creative atmosphere, while also staying organized and task-oriented.

Responsibilities
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to -- community management for multiple brand channels, research, writing and editing blog posts, execute programs to build and grow communities, interact with fans and followers as a brand ambassador, preparing press releases and other media presentations, brainstorming content and social media programs, assisting on photo shoots, brainstorming on creative content and promotional programs.
Requirements
Candidates should be excited and enthusiastic about social media, and it's impact on the fashion and luxury goods markets. This internship is for the New York office only.
The Digital team is growing quickly, and looking for completely self-motivated, thoughtful, and committed candidates – fashion obsessed and passionate about digital media! All interns must be available a minimum of three days a week. Special exceptions may be made for 1-2/week internships for those with extensive experience in social media or journalism.
