Are you a true beauty products addict who would love the opportunity to learn how write about your obsession for a living? Apply for a summer internship at award-winning beauty blog Beauty Binge! You will pitch and write beauty blog posts (yes, you will also get a lot of free beauty products), organize beauty products, edit the blog, own social media process, etc. This position requires a very strong writer and someone who is insanely hard-working and detail-oriented (OCD preferred). The good news? You will have the chance to work from home at least 1-2 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Pitch and write beauty blog posts
- Communicate with top beauty publicists regarding new products and information
- Research beauty trends and product news via online and magazines
- Organize beauty closet
- Coordinate all social media activity
Requirements
- Must have a Journalism, Creative Writing, English, or Communications major
- Provide 2-3 writing samples, including at least 1 beauty product review
- Provide links to 1-3 social networking profiles to demonstrate interest and knowledge
- Provide Top 3 favorite beauty websites with explanations
