This role will be responsible for all aspects of the client billing: performing edits, billing, write-offs, and time transfers.
Essential Job Functions
-Print and distribute pre-bills monthly to billing professionals
-Edit invoices monthly in a timely manner based on comments received from billing professionals
-Invoice and bill clients in the accounting system each month in a timely manner including electronically billings
-Performs client and matter changes within the accounting system.
-Processes write-offs within the accounting system in accordance with company policy.
-Files each month in a timely manner
-Works with clients and the company's professionals in a timely manner to answer inquiries and provide analysis of billings.
-Performs other tasks as assigned.
