Description
Looking for a bookkeeping intern to do the hands on data input work and financial record keeping required for a small non profit dance company. Will do filing of invoices and payments; and will assist with inputting budget figures on various documents; and will handle bank reconciliations; and annual audit worki. Will work with the budget of a non-profit modern dance company.
Responsibilities
The intern will file financial transactions; do monthly bank reconciliations. Data input of bank statements, credit card statements, merchant services statements. Will help to reconcile bank statements. Will input information into the California Cultural Data Project database. Will track and adjust operating budget and program budgets. Will assist with budget portion of grant submissions.
Requirements
Must have an excellent grasp of Quickbooks. Prefer someone who has done bank reconciliations. Want someone who wants to be in bookkeeping and budgeting.
