Total Entertainment / Kidsdance is a home-based DJ business providing entertainment for children's parties and other dance party events in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul. We are seeking someone who will take on bookkeeping and record keeping tasks. We currently use Quickbooks, and need someone who is fluent with Quickbooks. Also we require someone who is trustworthy, reliable, and willing to deal with our home. Right now we only need someone twice a week for a few hours.
You may be trained to answer the phone, to put events on the calendar, to mark accounts payable and accounts receivable, to generally keep the office tidy, and to perhaps let the dog out and in. You might be invoicing clients and taking notes about potential clients.
Must be very comfortable with Quickbooks, and prefer event-based experience with Quickbooks. We sell events, not products. For example, the most important thing for this business is scheduling, and everything is very based on time/place/type of event.
