We are creating a global brand and developing a market that will help redefine how business is done in Africa and its Diasporas. The implementation of our plan will unfold in three phases. So, we need help in the initial phase in order to set the stage for the subsequent phases. We need fresh new minds looking for either a boost in their experience portfolio or willing to invest in building a roadmap of success for small and mid-sized businesses in Africa and its Diasporas all over the world.
- Market stats and forecast
- Data and business reporting, creating scorecards
- G & A tasks to include Administrative ops (calculation of bonus, payroll, vendor management, etc.)
- Collaborate with the Web System Integrator, Business Analyst, Graphic Designer, Desktop Publisher, Business Sales Associates, and Leadership team on assigned projects.
- Explore opportunity/scenarios to expand accounts and markets.
- Release state of the market and industry to customers and work with leadership to create opportunities for philanthropic activities.
- Skilled in working with cross-functional teams.
- Bi-lingual or knows more than two languages (i.e. English, French, Portuguese, Lingala, Swahili, German, Chinese, Spanish, Arabic, etc.)
- Skilled in market stats, web stats, reporting, data research.
- Self-starter and has the discipline of getting things done right the first time.
- Writing, presentation, interpersonal relations, and customer management.
- Knowledge and exposure to at least one of the African communities.
- Analytical and able to identify new markets and industries in accordance to the company's vision.
- Knowledgeable with Graphs, Tables, Data Stats (using Excel or Access)
- No prior formal work experience required
- Some college or two-year or more degree, preferred.
- Good with numbers and percentage interpretations
