Canon U.S.A. Inc., is searching for a Business Applications Analyst to join our Business Operations Division. In this role, you will take the lead in formulating and defining system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding. You will analyze business processes, identify process deficiencies and recommend appropriate solutions.
Business Operations Division is looking for a Business Analyst to help work with the a few business applications in the dept.This helps to make a more effective Business process and support for the ITCG business units.Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Researches information on emerging trends in technology, specific industries or companies.
- Gathers user requirements and researches problem areas.
- Writes design change requirements.
- Makes recommendations to Management based on research and analysis and proposed new business models.
- Communicates with Information Technology, ensuring a seamless integration with specific process improvement initiatives.
- Assess current system or process functionality and provides recommendations for improvement.
A Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience along with 3-5 years of related experience is required.
The successful candidate must demonstrate success using MS Office, in addition to a project manager software tool.
Excellent business knowledge; including process improvement, work-flow operations and systems integration is necessary.
This position will interface with business units and varying levels of Management, therefore, strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
