Company Offers - Return Airfare From Source to Destination - Working Visa - Accommodation With All Amenities (TV, W. Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities - Marketing: - Design and prepare professional looking Proposals - Format proposals and related documents using advanced word processing skills - Prepare & maintain the company website content - Manage content and distribution of company newsletters - Screen incoming calls and assist where possible - Analyzing Demand of the market and establishing valuable strategy to sell the services/ brand name

Duties and Responsibilities - Administrative/PA - Assist Director to Co-ordinating of appointments, meetings, functions, events and associated matters - All executive secretarial functions including ERP management & correspondence - Preparing correspondence, reports, presentations and other documents - Managing and assisting in responding to the flow of information within the Director's Desk - Developing and taking responsibility for filing, both electronic and paper-based - Secretarial function for management meetings including document preparation, document distribution and minute taking - Deal with all personal and telephonic messages and written inquiries - Satisfactory resolution of general inquiries - Enable the company to achieve an even greater level of visibility, brand equity - Industry recognition through its services, leveraging the strength and success of the company's current service offerings - Lead business development sessions & understand market requirements with director & creating reports for opening new companies

Requirements

Requirements - Marketing: - High level of computer proficiency - advanced PowerPoint, web software, social networking software, Word, Excel and Outlook - Good written, oral and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Ability to work under pressure and multi-task - Planning and organisational skills - Document tracking, storage and retrieval - Pays attention to detail but does not get bogged down by it

Requirements - Administrative/PA: - Good interpersonal and numeric skills plus the ability to interact at all levels - Ability to handle confidential information appropriately - Responsible for team performance & trained them & generate business
