Responsibilities

Performs entry level professional duties providing the opportunity for professional training in various capacities. Performs entry level assigned duties to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures and standards required for successful performance. May perform duties such as gathering and organizing data to provide information for departmental special projects or reports; assist in preparing written reports. 2. Surveys market data in order to determine company’s competitive position and assist in developing new strategies to grow the Software as a Solution (SaaS) cloud initiative for small and medium size customers. 3. Conduct research and analysis on market research reports, historical reports, trends, consumer habits, competitor pricing impacts, sales techniques, advertising performance, etc. on selected software application categories. Assistant in the development of new strategies that will enhance the differentiation of Business Pointers products and services in the marketplace. 4. Experience working with technology products and solutions. 5. Provides reporting solutions and data metrics analysis that may identify business trends and results. Utilizes data analysis to explain business issues and financial implications, recommend workflow improvements, or to enable business unit to improve workflow processes.
