Our company is a growing Property Management Firm that is serving several owners and property residents in Lafayette area community. Our office is growing and we need help in innovative ideas for key handling, administrative auditing and other areas. In short we need someone to help us create, manage, and organize systems to operate our business more efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

Communication with residents and others on the phone and in person
Projects with organization, key organization, auditing files for required materials

Requirements

We are looking for a person who will give 100 % each day and come in with an outstanding attitude. The person hired must have excellence in their character honesty and integrity are non- negociable requirements. We prefer at least at least 2 years college experience. The perfect candidate will be a self-motivated solutions oriented person, who is able to facilitate selected projects from start to completion with energy and enthusiasm. They must be capable of managing their own tasks. Must be willing to work independently as well as with a group.
