DescriptionThe candidate will carry out research under the supervision of a research scientist in one of the following aspects of electronic computer-aided design (CAD):
* System-level modeling and verification
* Power modeling and estimation (system-, architecture-, and implementation-level)
* Electrical verification including high-speed IO and power delivery networks
* Embedded software
* High-level design
* FPGA CAD
* Advanced layout techniques
You should be currently enrolled in the PhD program in the Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science departments.
Research experience demonstrated through graduate work resulting in publications in peer-reviewed conference proceedings and journals.
Since a CAD position requires significant software prototyping, demonstration of software skills is essential.
Familiarity with CAD tools in area of expertise is required.
