As an analyst in the Service Delivery unit within Global Fee Billing (GFB), you will own timely follow up to fee billing related inquiries, workflow case management, and efficient closure of inquiries raised by internal client services, relationship management teams, and clients for fee billing invoices and billing agreements. The areas of focus will be across all WSS product lines supported by GFB. Your role will be key in driving toward the primary mission of Global Fee Billing which is accurate and timely bills for all clients.
