This position will collaborate with business owners, staff, and team members to design e-Learning programs and gamification, courses, and learning units using curriculum materials provided by department trainers, business owners, and business analysts. This position will build courses using Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia and Macromedia Flash using established templates and guidelines. The eLearning Developer must have Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, authoring abilities as well as advanced skills using Microsoft PowerPoint.
The eLearning Developer will consult with business content owners regarding course and curriculum development. Specific responsibilities include: analyze, recommend, and design e-Learning solutions, create storyboards, scripts, simulations and other materials; analyze, design, and help implement e-Learning and eLearning Gamification solutions using adult learning principles.
A combination of relevant education and related experience in authoring, instructional design, content development, and/or education required. A solid understanding of e-learning content delivery technologies and detailed understanding of program, course and content design, preferably in a business curriculum required. Successful candidate will possess superior written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, strong analytical, relationship management, and project management skills.
