We need our Social Media Manager / Intern to federate internet users as much as our members thanks to specific networks on social medias.
The candidate will have to deal with content writing and community management to provide quality information to each member of the community and develop / enhance our website position on the internet.


Responsibilities may include:
o Content writing – posts, articles, communications materials, and material for social media channels
o Content Management – Moderation and analyze of content, communicate pertinent information to the adapted department (technical support, marketing, etc. )
o Social media marketing – creating, managing and developing the company’s notoriety through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and others.
o On-line Events planning – attending industry events in several cities and planning meet-ups for your community
o Customer relations – in charge of customer support and managing any online feedback
o Communications/marketing strategy – could be responsible for creating strategic marketing/communications plans to provide direction for the company’s public-facing communications
o Analytics – Using measurement tools to provide reports on metrics, and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives
o Benchmarking – have an full understanding of the market, discover and adapt new tendencies

Education and Experience required for the job :

o At least Bachelor Degree in Journalism, Communications, PR.
o At Least 2 years of experience in similar position


Skills required for the job :
o Outgoing personality – energetic, enthusiast, problem solving
o Organized – Ability to multitask, ability to stay focus under pressure
o Excellent writing skills – experience in journalism is a plus, as much as blog editing)
o Social media experience is a must – proficient use of WordPress, Twitter, Facebook, etc.
o Passionate about technologies – Also Start up environment
