DescriptionResponsible for analysis of all our Omni-channel marketing campaigns, segmentation and creating actionable results / insights which will help us in optimizing our current / future campaigns.
- Analysis of data on customers who were targeted by various Omni-channel campaigns and building various tests and measureable data points and reports.
- Pre / Post analysis all marketing campaigns, generating insights which will help in optimizing all campaigns and improve customer experience and revenue using Netezza, Oracle and Unica.
- Review customer data for trends, patterns, and causal analysis to assist in understanding customer activity.
- Assist with execution of ad hoc analysis of customer behavior or marketing activity effectiveness
- BS or equivalent degree
- 3-4 years experience in database marketing, analytics
- Strong experience in SQL, Oracle and/or Netezza, Excel
- Knowledge of Unica Campaign is a plus
