DescriptionLCN is a call center dedicated to helping consumers save money on their auto insurance. Call Center Agents are not required to sell insurance, or provide quotes, they are only required to verify information about consumers' vehicles and driving habits.
The hours we have available are Monday through Friday 9-1, 1-5 or 5-9. Part time positions do have the potential to become full-time for top performers.
THIS IS A PAID POSITION
Agents are paid 9/hr with potential bonuses ranging from 11-14$ per hour.
We are located off Okeechobee and Jog on Vista Parkway
This is great way for students to get their feet wet in the sales/insurance/customer service industries.
Responsibilities1. Agents will be making 125-175 outbound calls per day to customers who filled out forms online to save money on their vehicles, this is a high call volume position, that being said, most of the successful leads range from 3-5 minutes, so the calls themselves are short.
2. Agents are required to read and follow all scripts verbatim, and use one rebuttal per call.
3. Punctuality and attendance are important job functions.
RequirementsAgents are required to:
1. Have their own transportation
2. Be able to stick to one shift Monday-Friday
3. Be computer literate
4. Speak clearly, and have excellent communications skills
