ResponsibilitiesReceive calls from employees with questions about benefits.
Process transactions, answer questions, resolve issues, and respond to inquiries.
Calls may be related to health, savings, retirement plans, or other human resource-related services.
Handle incoming and follow up calls with customers.
Identify and resolve customer issues.
Provide any additional information as required.
Use computer programs in Windows-based system to access appropriate information for individual customers.
For complex inquiries, research the information and follow up as required.
RequirementsHigh School diploma/GED or relevant job experience.
Bachelor or Associates degree with 1 year related customer service experience or a High School diploma (or equivalency) with 2 years related customer service experience is highly preferred.
Must be willing to submit to a credit check, employment check, criminal background check, drug screen, and skills tests.
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced learning environment.
Strong computer skills required.
