Our company is constantly expanding so there is definite potential for growth.
ResponsibilitiesRepresentative will handle heavy incoming call volume (60-80 calls per day). Types of calls range from account inquiries, to changes that need to be made to an account, to technical support, to customer complaints, and everything in between. During every call, representatives will update client records in our customer database.
You will also be required to follow a script and make some outbound calls to current customers to pitch products and services we provide.
RequirementsIdeal candidate should:
Have excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality
Speak in a pleasant, easy to understand, caring voice
Type at least 50WPM
Have the ability to multi-task
Adapt easily to change
Know how to prioritize
Complete tasks in a timely manner
Be able to handle a large number of calls without losing an enthusiastic voice and attitude
Be tech savvy
Be driven by personal and team success
Have a positive, professional attitude
Have the willingness to help others
Be able to work comfortably in a scripted and supervised environment
You will receive 2 weeks of paid training but please only apply if you have at least 1 year experience in Customer Service. Prior Call Center experience is a plus.
