As part of the health care team, the Patient Services Representative is responsible for assisting physician, PA or NP with clinical duties, patient flow, patient care and procedures, as well as manages front desk operations and coordinates patient check in/check out.
Minimum one year medical office experience and clinical experience preferred. High school diploma. Graduate of an approved Medical Assistant program.
Certified Medical Assisant (CMA) certification required.
Current BLS certification.
