DescriptionWork with our clients regarding their financial situation analyzing and creating solutions. Client Managers manage clients via phone, email and face-to-face for issues related to the Client’s specific implementation on our financial platform. This position requires heavy outbound calls; troubleshooting and problem solving are key elements of this position because Client Managers are the resource for Clients regarding how our platform works, what features are available and what the benefits are. Client managers are also the liaison between the internal departments who help facilitate communication between clients to the appropriate channels.
ResponsibilitiesClient Manager is a client friendly face for the company and needs to know how to:
? Answer questions in a friendly and timely way
? Multi-task and have the ability to prioritize time and projects
? Set proper expectations for necessary changes
? Understand enough about the platform to know what can and cannot easily be changed
? Say “no” in a graceful, polite, but strong way when necessary
? Handle pressure well
? Speak clearly and concisely
RequirementsCandidates should have demonstrated abilities to exceed target revenue goals, provide excellent customer service, build long-term relationships and work in a team-oriented environment.
Client managers should also have knowledge of, or experience working, in the industry of the company with which they wish to work, such as finance and technology. Client managers should have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as solid presentation skills. The ability to operate computer software, such as Microsoft Office may also be helpful.
