Votenet is seeking for an intern with an interest in the area of project management to assist with custom projects and solutions. The candidate will assist the lead project manager in the daily management and planning of our top client base which have custom tailored voting solutions. The candidate must possess the ability to properly articulate and detail each custom implementation which involves a high level of detail. The candidate will be required to learn the voting software, as well for taking initiative to assist the Client Services team. This internship will offer a great way to gain experience in a fast paced business environment with an extremely reputable company. Assuming the job is performed to the standards that are expected, Votenet will provide a letter of recommendation to future employers.


• Working with Project Manager to enhance existing and establish new client project management processes
• Providing client feedback to management from customers regarding Votenet’s Software products
• Fulfilling voter support service requests
• Fulfilling email service requests
• Fulfilling paper ballot tabulation service requests
• Support client services team


• Associate’s degree or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite including: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and proactive
• Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Demonstrate attention to detail and follow-up skills
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
