We are a young company that markets a patented solar activated light source used in many industries from outdoor camping to pet products. In our small office, we do everything so it provides a dynamic work environment with many opportunities to contribute and learn. The principals of the company spent many years in marketing with Fortune 500 companies and offer the opportunity to mentor and develop the right candidates. Previous interns have been actively involved in website development, public relations programs and advertising resulting in strong portfolios at the completion of the internship.
Responsibilities
- Write effective copy, excelling in correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
-Provide input on creative projects design and execution
-Involvement in social media marketing Facebook, Twitter and company website
-Assist in creative development of company blog
- Edit and proof other team members work and provide constructive feedback
-Development and execution of sample mailings and marketing promotions to clients and followup activities
-Provide support for annual trade show event
Requirements
- Possess skills at initiating innovative ideas, unifying team members, and judging correctly what will appeal to target audiences.
- Good communication, people-oriented, promote networking and socializing, and include roles that call for imagination.
-Excellent social skills to facilitate interaction with our clients, designers and industry partners
-Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
