Description:

Organizes and delivers individual or agency-specific fire safety and prevention programs, with an emphasis on juvenile fire setting behavior for children and adults; implements professional clinical programs targeting pre-hospital, hospital, industry and the public safety sectors. Instructs ABLS courses for healthcare personnel. In coordination with the Burn Education Manager, conducts needs assessment for program development, research and grant opportunities, in accordance with standard burn care practices. Supports the mission of the Burn Center at Saint Barnabas and Saint Barnabas Burn Foundation at public relations and community events.



Requirements:
Current and active NJ RN licensure Master's Degree preferred Current NJ Driver's license required Minimum 2 years or more clinical experience in burn unit Advanced Burn Life Support certified, with ABLS Instructor level preferred, or within 90 days of hire BLS Certification required Able to develop and implement computer-based presentations and print materials for educational and promotional purposes Excellent public speaking and presentation skills required
