Insidr is an expert marketplace for customer support. Think Uber or TaskRabbit for customer service. We connect consumers with insiders who've worked at big companies and are willing to help when the company can't or won't. We think it's a better way to solve a big problem.
What We Look For
We look for people that want to tackle important problems and build products that can drive meaningful change. Our past work with IDEO has given us an appreciation for "T-shaped people", and a decade in startups has given us an appreciation of that rare mix of smart, entrepreneurial, passionate, collaborative, humble and fun. We think you've got to like the people around you in order to succeed. We like learning, and we look for people that come from the same school of building products as we do. If this sounds like you, and you're a fit for the role, we'd love to talk.
What You'll Learn
Beyond a modest cash stipend, you'll work side by side with the founders and team at a venture-backed to develop the community programs and help define new community features that go into the product. You'll meet and interact with investors and other luminaries in Silicon Valley. You'll leave with a resume with bullet points that say "Started..." and "Managed..." and metrics that show the impact of your contribution. The role is an excellent stepping stone to a product, marketing, writing/editing job at any early or late stage technology company.
