Computer Science/IT Intern

Description:

Design Manager, Inc. is looking for either a Computer Information & Technology Intern to help with technical support duties or a Computer Science Intern to help with software testing and programming projects.

Responsibilities:

Computer Information & Technology Intern would help our technical support staff return calls and answering e-mails from clients that are having problems installing software, networking computers, using the Design Manager Software.
Computer Science Intern would help the programming staff by working on certain aspects of software design and smaller projects that are in the programming pipeline.
The internship will be adjusted according to skills and college major of the individual.

Requirements:

Computer Information & Technology or Computer Science Major who is familiar with Microsoft Operating Systems, Networking, MAC OSX. Programming skills should include one or more of the following: Microsoft Visual Studio (VB6, VB.NET, C#), SQL Server, Crystal Reports, and MS Access. Good communication and telephone skills are a important.
