A Democratic congressional campaign is seeking talented, competitive applicants for a challenging internship opportunity. We are looking for individuals who display urgency, discretion, and good judgment. Campaign interns will be given a 360-degree view of campaign management in an intense race, with the ability to rotate between departments and projects. Interns will be entrusted with a variety of tasks including: • Voter contact and persuasion • Supporter outreach and recruitment • Donor research • Staffing the candidate and campaign staff members on an ad hoc basis • Representing the campaign at community events • Setting up campaign events and fundraisers Scheduling is flexible with work hours available during evenings and weekends. Though internships are unpaid, we can provide internship credit, and references and letters of recommendation for suitable candidates.
