Overview: Provide analysis for physician, and vendor agreements and amendments. Maintain contract database, records of activities related to contracts, and files, both electronically and manually. Provide assistance to administration in negotiating and resolving any contract disputes or deficiencies. Assist in ensuring compliance through involvement in physician payment preparation and routine review of payment schedules. Communicate with Regional and Corporate officials. Prepare contract drafts, participate in required research, provide document review, tracking and other clerical and miscellaneous duties.
Special Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail, organizational and project management skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Effectively works with people at all levels of the organization including senior administration team members.
Minimum Education: High school graduate. Minimum 3 years relevant experience
Preferred Experience: 5 years relevant experience with a primary focus of drafting and administration of contracts, 1-2 years as a para-legal or legal secretary.
