Prepares foods for patient tray line and cafeteria as assigned. Follows production sheets and recipes to insure foods are prepared in accordance with desired quantity and quality standards. Insures all foods are prepared in accordance with designated serving times. Performs other duties as assigned. High school diploma or equivalency. Requires minimum of 2 years previous cooking experience preferred. Able to read, write, and speak English. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods.
