Internship description:
The goal of the Copy-writing/SEO intern is to understand and learn about the copy-writing processes and practices in a web driven environment and to understand and improve SEO content on all site pages.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Work with brand copywriter, merchants and E-Com to optimize all SEO content on the site
• Write relevant and interesting web content for customers and search engines
• Monitor performance of SEO enhanced content and adjust as needed using specified tools
• Adhere to designated deadlines
• Assist in writing copy for product and/or editorial for web and catalogs
• Assorted clerical duties
Requirements
• English, Communication, Journalism, Copy-writing Major preferred
• Must have knowledge, experience and/or willingness to learn SEO
• Must have excellent grammar and spelling skills
• Creative thinker and self-starter
• Detail oriented
• Must be available to work 40/hrs a week
