DescriptionDo you want to have an immediate impact in a dynamic and fun work environment, directly helping make the world a better place? Are you interested in corporate social responsibility (CSR), nonprofit management, and corporate communications? We are looking for a college student to help manage and scale our CSR program, while engaging a variety of key internal and external stakeholders.
The CSR Intern will help develop, manage, and scale programs designed to bring strategic philanthropic and CSR programming to our nonprofit and community partners. As part of a small, nimble team, you will be expected to take on a wide range of projects related to employee engagement, community giving, volunteerism, internal communications, and more.

•Manage the day-to-day tracking and promotion of employee giving programs.
•Oversee administration of donated Constant Contact accounts through our Cares for Kids program.
•Organize and promote employee volunteer events across all office locations.
•Support the CSR and Internal Communications team with the coordination of internal events, employee engagement activities, and miscellaneous duties as needed.
•Assist the team with creation and management of new, strategic CSR programming
•Additional duties as needed related to internal communications and employee engagement.
•A passion for driving meaningful change, both within the organization and in society as a whole.
•A self-starter that will get a broad range of tasks done on time with little direction.
•Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
•Superb project management skills.
•Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
•Knowledge using Salesforce is preferred (but we can train you).
•Knowledge of nonprofits, corporate citizenship, small business, and entrepreneurship preferred.
•Effective oral and written communication.
•A sense of humor and a willingness to do just about anything to get the job done.
