The Customer Sales and Service Representative (LO) CSSR (LO) provides prompt quality service to ensure customer retention and sales support. The CSSR (LO) s key responsibility is to satisfy all of Wells Fargo customer s service needs and to help them succeed financially through quality retail product sales and referrals. A CSSR (LO) performs a wide range of services including exercising excellent customer service in all customer interactions and following up on Teller referrals and Teller job duties as necessary. Based on the specific store's needs a CSSR (LO) may spend a portion of their time handling cash transactions. CSSR (LO)s principally center efforts on proactively servicing mass-market customers, selling basic products to existing customers, and referring customers to other areas of the bank for more complex products and/or services.

1+ years experience in customer service or interacting directly with customers. 1+ years experience meeting sales goals/quotas. 1+ years experience working in a team environment. 1+ years sales experience (either in person or over the phone). Persons in this position must meet the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau loan originator qualification requirements and must comply with Wells Fargo policies related to these requirements. The loan originator qualification requirements include meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, credit fitness and criminal background standards. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening.
6+ months experience handling cash such as preparing deposits, handling store revenue. 6+ months experience using basic computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite, word processing software, spreadsheet software. Ability to speak clearly, succinctly, and accurately using a pleasant tone while using common conversational courtesies.
Additional experience meeting sales goals/quotas. Additional sales experience (either in person or over the phone). Experience assessing and meeting the needs of customers and/or solving customer problems. Experience identifying additional opportunities to sell products and services to customers ( upselling ). Experience in position(s) where individual and team goals were monitored. Experience in the financial industry. Experience interacting positively with difficult or irate customers. Experience meeting customer satisfaction goals.
