Description

The Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) is the first point of contact for all visitors and incoming calls assisting with database management, call routing, and basic customer service. In addition, the CSC will coordinate all customer service issues, working with clients and other departments to bring issues to satisfactory resolution for both clients and company. The CSC will be part of the Project Management Team, with ongoing training toward promotion to Project Management or Sales. All Project Managers will be cross trained to understand and be able to perform the basic functions of two focus areas- providing product quotes/information and coordination of trade show services. All Project Managers will be expected to have a strong client/customer service ethic and will represent our company in a variety of facets, including client meetings & regular client correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Greeting all visitors and callers with legendary service
• Assisting Sales and Project Management Teams with small orders and transactional sales
• Assisting Marketing Department with Database and Lead Management
• Following up on all internal or client-facing issues through the point of resolution, and tracking results
• Office management tasks and duties as needed and assigned

Requirements

• Familiarity with or ability to learn CRM and ERP systems: Salesforce, Industry Specific ERP, SharePoint, and SAP
• Familiarity and comfort with various standard software packages: Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Google Apps
• Time Management, Ability to Multi-Task, Flexibility & Adaptability
• Detail Oriented
• Strong Communication Skills- both written and verbal
• Two year degree, equivalent college credits, or equivalent work experience
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
• Ability to meet specified deadlines
