DescriptionGreat client located in Waltham, MA needs customer service reps and data entry clerks to assist with a very large end of year project. This is currently a contract opportunity for 3 months.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS:
Individual must be comfortable surveying elder care organizations telephonically about the services they offer. Must have the ability to probe further and ask follow-up questions when appropriate. They must possess excellent telephone skills and a professional mannerism both on the phone and in person. In addition, strong sales skills would be helpful but not required. Ability to use the internet to perform research is required Must be proficient in Excel/Word/Outlook.
Individual will be responsible for telephonically researching available services for seniors within geographical areas and identifying gaps that may exist. They will also be responsible locating service options for these gaps. Additional duties may include follow-up with providers to obtain missing documentation and/or to determine interest in enrolling in a provider network. Other duties as needed.
DATA ENTRY CLERKS:
Candidate must be detail oriented, organized, and proficient in using Microsoft office, Outlook, Adobe, and Excel. Need experience with databases and scanning of documents. Possess excellent customer service and telephone skills. Ability to type quickly and accurately.
Contact providers for verification purposes. Review provider records and confirm all required documents are housed in computerized file. Responsible for scanning and uploading any missing documents to individual provider record. Perform manual filing of provider records.
