Company - we provide loyalty programs to major financial institutions.

The Customer Services Intern is responsible for:
1. responding to cardholder emails from loyalty program, resolving customer inquiries,
2. dealing with other internal departments to resolve cardholder issues that may be related to technical issues,
3. finalizing customer orders for movie/theme park tickets (printing order, inserting tickets in envelope to mail).


Must demonstrate patience with cardholders but be assertive internally to get issues resolved.
Looking for organized individual who can prioritize issues effectively.

Knowledge of eGain a plus
Position needs to be filled immediately.
