Responsibilities
This internship is a little bit of everything. I have a small property management company - 20 vacation rentals on the Outer Banks. You will work directly under the owner and learn every facet of short term property management - including, but not limited to: Guest relations, owner relations, reservations, inspections, accounting, and marketing, maintenance coordination. Intern will be responsible for processing payments, making deposits, updating facebook, email correspondence with guests, rental home Inspections and more.
Requirements
Must be in college with an interest in the hospitality, travel and tourism industry. Must be proficient on the computer as well as have good people and phone skills. Must have reliable transportation. Ideal canidate will be graduating in the Spring with the ability to continue work through Sept. (the best time at the Outer Banks).
