Aithent is a creator of high-value compliance and information management solutions for financial services, government, health care and insurance organizations. We are seeking individuals to help us grow our company by analyzing the ways in which existing customers use our Cloud-based solutions for fraud risk management, e-certification and internal and regulatory compliance.
Individual will be tasked to learn about our solutions, how customers use/under-use/mis-use their capabilities and why/how/when that sort of usage occurs. In addition, the individual will define methods to improve solution usage and customer performance as well as support operational, marketing and sales functions.
Individual needs excellent verbal and written communications skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks of varying importance simultaneously and operate independently. While Aithent is a software & services company, we seek someone with a Liberal Arts background/major, undergraduate or graduate student, who can aggregate, organize and analyze information, think strategically and ineract with customers, prospects and partners in a confident and credible manner.
