DescriptionTorsh (www.torsh.co), an early stage Ed-Tech startup, is seeking an energetic people person to join our company on a part time basis as a Customer and Brand Ambassador.
We’re a small team of 5 people who love what we do. Our primary goal is to help teachers get better; and if teachers get better then students will also get better. We do this by deploying a video-based teacher observation and data analytics platform that makes it really easy for teachers to record themselves teaching and then seek and receive instant feedback from mentors and peers.

We’re looking for someone to perform a hybrid role: first, help manage existing customer relationships and second, extend the company’s brand via social media marketing. As a Customer Ambassador you will be responsible for developing relationships with our customers and ensuring their needs are met, understanding our products/services and ensuring that customers know how to use them, and conduct ongoing customer account reviews to determine if and how customers are using our products/services. As a Brand Ambassador you will be responsible for maintaining our blog and social media presence (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn), creating engaging social media content that empowers online audiences to discuss and talk about us, and working with customers to highlight and present information about what they love about us and our products/services.

RequirementsWho You Are:
You are passionate about education and enjoy working in a startup
You are social, reliable, accountable and committed
You have excellent communication and analytical skills, including strong writing, oral, listening and questioning skills
You are extremely detailed oriented and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction
You are technically competent and know your way around web and mobile applications
You handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well
You have good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Powerpoint
You have an undergraduate degree
