Job Type:Full Time Position Summary:
The Data Analyst - Tag Management will be responsible for accelerating the pace of digital innovation at CVS Caremark with planning and managing digital tags and other digital analytics tools. This individual will be responsible for planning and managing tagging across all digital assets of CVS Caremark. Additionally, this individual must also function as an effective operator in a matrixed environment given the role of serving stakeholders on the Enterprise and business unit teams.
•Own tag management for various web sites
•Monitor tags on an ongoing basis for accuracy, relevant and web site performance and create plans to modify as needed
•Work with the Enterprise Digital team to define analysis needed to support various initiatives and support execution and identify tagging requirements
•Support analytics by extracting data and driving analyses as needed Required Qualifications:
2-5 years work experience in tag management and web analytics Experience of working with any tag management system (e.g., Tealium) and web analytics tools (e.g., Web Trends, Google Analytics, Localatics) Experience on one of more of the following areas is a big plus: Onsite search optimization and management. Experience with any industry leading onsite search tool (e.g., Endeca) Experience to operate performance metric / dashboards oExperience with analytics and standard analytics tools Curiosity and entrepreneurialship with the ability to orchestrate a process to execute on that plan Strong planning, organizational and process management skills Proven ability to collaborate broadly with flexible, positive attitude and ability to get results Web related software experience (e.g., Java, HTML5) is a plus Preferred Qualifications:
