IDW is an award-winning publisher of comic books, graphic novels and trade paperbacks, based in San Diego, California. Renowned for its diverse catalog of licensed and independent titles, IDW publishes some of the most successful and popular titles in the industry.
As an intern with the Digital team you will have have the opportunity to participate in a broad range of projects: from online marketing and sales to digital publishing there is really no limit to what this diverse team does. You'll work closely with the Marketing and Editorial departments to help bring their projects to new mediums and audiences.
Responsibilities
Assist with online sales and analysis
Assist in the research of new revenue opportunities
Monitor user habits
Manage social media interactions
Be involved in analytics analysis
QA testing of user interfaces of online and device apps
Online media monitoring
Social media reporting
Assist in idea generation for media and fan communications
Analysis of internal information systems
Requirements
All internships take place at the IDW offices in San Diego, CA; and at San Diego Comic-Con (Summer internships only) located in downtown San Diego, CA.
No travel or relocation costs will be covered or reimbursed.
All interns must be able to sign a Participation Consent Form, and/or have a parent or legal guardian do so.
All applicants must be 16 years or older.
