DescriptionSUMMARY: Assists with proofing Commercial group literature to confirm all documentation matches contractual fees and Oracle. To ensure that all corporate documents are edited, review and approved before the item is circulated.
ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Include the following: Individual goals will be established and communicated on an ongoing basis. Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as business conditions change.
Responsible for ensuring that all documents are saved in the appropriate file archives.
Effectively follow the company’s standard operating procedures on the review/approval process on corporate literature.
Perform audits on corporate literature in order to ensure that all documents are in line with our Healthplex identity guidelines and the content is current / accurate.
Maintain the templates of current corporate literature.
Proof group specific literature to ensure all documentation matches contractual fees.
Maintain inventory binders
RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: A.S. degree from an accredited college and/or 2+ years’ experience in inventory management
A strong understanding of commercial group information and available insurance plans (requirements and benefits).
COMPUTER SKILLS: Knowledge of Outlook Contact Management systems; and proficiency in Microsoft Software programs – Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. A working knowledge of Navision or other inventory management/ purchasing systems is a plus. ORACLE
OTHER SKILLS: Strong attention to detail. Must have ability to multi-task and learn quickly.
