DescriptionWyle is looking for an experience EVM Analyst to add to our team. The chosen candidate will support program offices in earned value management analysis, evaluating estimates-to-complete, projecting funding requirements, identifying trends, and continually integrating information in support of our government customer. Duties include but are not limited to: Analyze Earned Value Management (EVM) information; Analyze Contract Funds Status Reports (CFSR); Evaluate multiple estimates-to-complete; Integrate cost, technical, and schedule information; Develop contract performance management information for the monthly customer meetings.
Education: Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 3 years relevant experience in earned value management or 10 years of relevant experience in earned value management in lieu of a degree is required. PMP, DAU or other certifications are desired but not required.
Experience: Demonstrated experience in the areas of earned value analysis of Information Technology (IT) and mission processing programs. Demonstrated experience developing and reporting the earned value status of multiple systems and programs. Demonstrated experience conducting earned value analyses that involve complex technical parameters, acquisition and logistics requirements, constraints, procurement and business principles and similar project-influencing factors. Demonstrated experience in evaluating estimates-to-complete utilizing various methodologies. Demonstrated experience in Cost Performance Report (CPR) or Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) Data Item Description (DID); or Contract Fund Status Report DID and American National Standards Institute (ANSI) /Electronic Industry Alliance (EIA 748 latest version. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in earned value analytical techniques. Experience in development of training materials, and developing technical and management briefings.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (wInsight). Knowledge budget and financial processes and tools are desired.
Applicant selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. A Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within the past five years is required in addition to a current CI Polygraph.
