Description
Verve International is an import/export company located remotely. We import quality beauty/fashion items that we sell online. We’re looking for our new semester interns, covering a variety of roles.
We’re looking for our next interns to work with us on developing & launching our newest beauty product, our premium hair extensions. We are bringing on a mixed team of 6-8 people who represent the roles outlined below.
If you can convince us you’re driven and focused, passionate about beauty/fashion or extremely interested, we will teach you everything you need to get any job you want, start freelancing, or launch any idea of your own.We are looking for college students or recent graduates who are motivated and who would like to work in a fun, energetic, yet fast-paced environment.
College credit is available but not mandatory. This is an unpaid internship.
Responsibilities
You are a detective that can research and pinpoint what specific strategies to use to have a high converting website. You will identify, define, help to prioritize and execute on web enhancements You will be responsible for:
Conducting A/B testing and usability tests to increase conversion rates, sales, etc.
Actively monitoring and identifying areas of improvement of the website, and prioritizes decisions based on ROI .
Manages and deploys site enhancements and collaborates with internal teams.
The ideal candidate will have a marketing background and SEO, and will be able to be trainable.
