Responsibilities

Selected candidate will assist engineering in the design, development and test of various electronic circuit card assemblies. Requirements

Required Skills: -Understanding of basic circuit theory -Understanding of digital logic design -Must be able to read and decipher an electrical schematic -Working knowledge of VHDL -Ability to effectively use MS Word and Excel -Ability to use rudimentary test equipment including Oscilloscopes, Digital Multimeters, and power supplies -Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both the written and oral contexts -Must demonstrate good organizational skills and attention to detail Desired Skills: -Hands-on experience with FPGAs or similar Programmable Logic Devices (PLD) -Exposure/use of Altera Quartus II development software -Exposure/use of ModelSim for digital logic simulation -Exposure/use of Mentor Graphics PADS/DxDesigner for schematic capture Qualifications: -Enrollment in an accredited degree program, with a major in Electrical or Computer Engineering -Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better -Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder) -Must have completed Sophomore year or greater In order to apply, please submit the following: Resume Including: coursework completed, descriptions of projects/labs, extracurricular activities, work & co-op experiences & responsibilities, contact information (school and home including dates available at each residence), current G.P.A. and availability dates for co-op/internship.
