Responsibilities
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Engineering with data entry for SAP system and CMMS/parts inventory system
- Update facility blueprint when necessary
- File records for Engineering
- Cycle count of engineering parts
- Assist in 5S project preparation
- Translation assistance from English to Chinese and vice versa (written and verbal)
- Assist Engineering Functions in other activities when called upon
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- College attendee with Mechanical Engineering or related major
- 3 months clerical experience
- Bilingual English and Chinese
- AutoCAD experience and able to read/update blueprint
- Strong computer skills; experience with stock control software is a plus
