Evaluate emerging technologies to uncover innovative solutions, working with engineers to help analyze issues and develop demonstration prototypes intended to illustrate the next generation of business software solutions in theme areas that include Data Mining, Text Analytics, Semantic Search and Machine Learning.Responsibilities:
Evaluate and work with a variety of emerging technologies. Work with engineers to help analyze issues, investigate potential integration opportunities, and develop demonstration prototypes intended to illustrate the next generations of office and business software solutions in theme areas that include Cloud, Data Mining, Text Analytics, Semantic Search and Machine Learning.Qualifications:
Pursuit of Computer Science degree with experience using Java, C#, and/or C++; Exposure to and understanding of one or more of the following is highly desired: Text Analytics, Search, Semantic Web and/or Graph Databases; Some exposure and use of SOLR is ideal; Good oral and written communication skills, willingness to rapidly learn new technologies and apply them, and ability to work creatively and analytically.Company Overview:
