I started this business in 2006 and moved in to a number of other ventures in 2009. Sales exceeded $2M one year but it's been mostly neglected since 2009. We import a couple of products from Asia, related to outdoor gear, and distribute them through a number of sales channels. The infrastructure of the business is well established. Website, manufacturing, contacts, administration, product, warehousing, etc...is all in effect with paying customers. In addition, there are a couple of potentially exciting opportunities that can be pursued. The only thing missing right now is the person to prioritize it. If you are creative and a hard worker this is an opportunity to get experience building revenue at a "start up" without having to start it up. The position will receive a commission based compensation but there is the opportunity for the successful candidate to convert this internship in to "sweat equity".


You will be involved with all front end aspects of running a business. You will work on expanding retail sales through our website utilizing SEO and SEM. You will work on expanding wholesale and Gov't sales by building on existing contacts and generating new leads.


You must:

- be a "people's person"
